Lawrenny Estate, located in Tasmania’s central highlands, is vitally sustained by the River Derwent. It is therefore only fitting that their Saint Clair Vodka pays homage to its pristine waters which it harnesses and contains.

Delivering a crisp, clean palate, this Saint Clair Vodka delivers a beautifully pillowy mouthfeel that is somehow both creamy and refreshing at the same. With rose, lemon and marshmallow root all curated into a drink experience that makes your palate dance, this vodka is a welcome change after a lengthy period of cocktail trends all but masking the taste of the spirits they contained. Today’s trends are much more geared towards building cocktails where the botanicals and aromatics that drive each spirit ingredient are sent soaring to the forefront culminating in a highly elevated drink experience.

Earlier this year, Lawrenny Estate was awarded the bronze medal in the 2018 Australian Distilled Spirits Awards (ADSA) for their Saint Clair Vodka. The recognition of the product is wholly deserved for the future direction it is inspiring in vodka distillation, as well as for the production parameters the estate has adopted. Using botanicals from the estate’s gardens and water from the River Derwent, this spirit is firmly putting Tasmania on the map in an industry more commonly associated with its Russian and Polish origins.
