THE NEW RECRUIT - TOM AMBROZ
We've got another spirited individual joining the fold. Tom Ambroz is our newest recruit, helping get the good word out to you.
Grown in the hills of Kingston, Tasmania, Tom is a veteran of the industry. He moved from Tassie to Melbourne around a decade ago, working in some of the city's great laneway venues and cocktail bars. The Beaufort and Romeo Lane to name just a couple. He even co-owned the late Los Barbudos, a muy auténtico Cuban cocktail bar on Smith St in Fitzroy. Tom has spent the last couple of years in the bitters industry, producing Mister Bitters, and acting as the most bitter of consultants for Only Bitters, specialty aromatic suppliers.
Now, upon his return, Tom is working with Sullivans Cove Distillery, one of the most renowned producers in Tasmania. When he's not helping them sell some of the world's best whisky, he's helping us sling some of the world's finest spirits. You'll find Tom sitting in front of the computer many evenings, writing content for Spirit People, and marketing his little buns off.
