This week's Street Eats menu has been brought to you by the dark mind and impure thoughts of Ewyon Davies. A 14yr veteran of the hospitality industry, Ewyon (pronounced yoo-wen) knows his way blindfolded around the tins and spirits.

The menu he has created for this edition of the Street Eats market @ Franko belies his predilection for the darker things in life. It is a delicious and very festive list of cocktails created with local spirits, home made vermouths and floral, fragrant ingredients.
