Anzac Day saw us soaking up the designer surroundings at the launch of Hobart's latest design platform - LUC. Creative - which is all about celebrating Tasmania's island heritage.

LUC. Design is an iconic and exclusive retail space trading in an incredible selection of the most on-trend design products globally. LUC. Creative looks set to blaze a trail alongside its mother brand with homewares products that are particularly focused on local designers and makers and we were only too happy to add a little creative flair to their recent launch event.  


In the spirit of the Anzac Day launch date and…well…spirits, we chipped in to come up with a delectable drink offering deserving of the creative atmosphere. We worked with Lily (aka Events with Audrey) to come up with a cocktail that tasted like Anzacs…only better! 25 servings of buttery whisky goodness helped herald in the colder weather and made a fitting golden toast to a highly anticipated new Tassie brand.


Ingredients: Coconut Oil fat-washed Säntis Malt: Edition Sigel Whisky, Golden Oat Syrup, Orange Zest, and a dash of Amanero Amaro Bitter
