The kind folk at Hobart's DIER MAKR have generously offered their space for a residency kicking off this Sunday & Monday 23-24/4/17 to celebrate the season for seafood which is upon us! DIER MARISQUERIA throws up seafood dishes from all over the globe. Luke Burgess and Deborah Blank on the pans, and Angus Burton running the booze detail with wines & cocktails from far & wide ready for the briny, saline treats from the sea. All day from 12pm on Sundays and from 6pm on Mondays. Convivial dishes focused on the ocean are yours until there is no more. Come and join us!
